Workforce Creative Facilitator. Music Artist. Advocacy.Global tours and educational talks regarding invisible disability awareness. Liaising and campaigning with established charities and organisations.Workshops and Mentorship.• Rap and poetry workshops for employees/ patients and staff.• Lead workshops incorporating memory techniques and presence.• Methods to help patients cope with their injury through music and creativity.• Develop and implement creative strategies to help patients adjust to their new reality.• Help patients and loved ones to keep strong and not give up belief to recover.• Create and facilitate therapeutic activities to help patients/individuals express themselves and build self-confidence.• Organize and participate in group activities to promote socialization and support among patients or employees.• Developing and delivering workshops on topics such as pain managementand reduction, memory techniques, presence techniques, through rap and poetry as such.• Developing creative activities with Staff to help patients cope with their injury.• Prevention is better than cure: Looking at ways to support and educate individuals best to possibly prevent/reduce the severity of ill health.• Looking at pain management and how to reduce and or manage pain in a more holistic way through medical support.• Helping staff connect with their inner wisdom and joyful spirit. Encouraging individuals to look on the brighter side of life and how to remain positive in the face of pain (Laughter is great for the soul!)• Champion the voices of staff with disabilities.• Inspire principles and positive outlooks.• Workshops and activities to support and encourage Inclusion in the workplace.
