ABOUT LADD FARGO

Ladd Fargo, Chief Operating Officer with David Weekley Homes, oversees all division operations for the company. Fargo joined David Weekley Homes in 2004 and carries with him nearly 30 years of home building experience. Influenced by his father’s experience in real estate and residential development, he began his home building career as a builder in 1994. Since then, he has worked in a variety of roles with other companies, and Project Manager, Division President, Area President, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2017 with David Weekley Homes. During his tenure with Weekley, Fargo has been awarded Division of the Year as Division President in San Antonio along with Division of the Year as Area President in Dallas. He feels fortunate to have hired and worked alongside a number of people who have helped shape his career and feels it’s important to surround himself with talented people, create a vision Team Members can believe in and support them to bring that vision to life. A native Houstonian, Fargo attended Texas State University and graduated with a finance degree. Fargo also earned a certificate from the Leadership for Senior Executives program with Harvard Business School. He is married, has three children and spends a great deal of time supporting them in their various activities. He also enjoys his time outdoors hunting and fishing. Fargo participates in many Weekley outreach endeavors and supports the company’s fundraising efforts. Additionally, he supports multiple faith-based organizations, including the Archdiocese of Galveston Houston and Search Ministries. Fargo is also passionate about cancer research and supports several organizations and charities along with the efforts of those working at the University of Texas MD Anderson.
