Leads high volume hiring blitzes for MCO ground operations staffing, gathering a support within Talent Acquisition and station interviewing between 100-200 candidates each hiring blitz • Represents Southwest at job fairs and industry specific events by strategizing attendance schedules, setting up and tearing town, and conducting information sessions with station leaders prior to job postings in order to build a positive brand and source candidates. • Works collaboratively with various teams throughout the People Department (HR) and our ground operations - including Hiring Managers, Human Resource Business Partners, and other Recruiters - in order to understand staffing needs and timelines• Recruits for a broad range of professional positions and specialize in sub-functional areas such as campus outreach, inflight, customer service support, and flight operations recruiting• Utilizes effective recruitment methods that are designed to deliver a qualified/diverse pool of Candidates, such as Workday, Phenom, and Microsoft Teams • Accommodates all staffing needs (both agent and leadership level positions) within the Ground Operations team of the Eastern region• Develops and executes a staffing plan for individual requisitions and maintaining the best in-class candidate experience.
