I identified billing platform limitations that were constraining business growth, built the business case for migrating from Stripe to Recurly, secured executive sponsorship, and delivered the migration in 6 months with zero downtime — unlocking multi-gateway payment capabilities and new revenue streams.I’ve championed AI-augmented development across engineering, introducing GitHub Copilot in 2024 and expanding into the ongoing adoption of Claude and Cursor to identify high-impact use cases. I also started and created the process for leading the company’s Hackathon, run cross-engineering quality initiatives, and have built structured career development frameworks for engineers, tech leads, and engineering managers.
