Led by my hardworking disposition and commitment to excellence, I strive to do everything wholeheartedly. Historically, this has been in agriculture; however, as I grow and expand my experience, I have found myself working in the political, community development, and construction spaces. Having grown up on my family\'s row crop agricultural operation in the West Texas/Eastern New Mexico region, my passion for the industry is inherent, as is the grit and hardworking disposition that comes naturally to those with a background in production agriculture. My mission now as a professional is to implement the lessons I have learned and the characteristics I have developed through my personal life to advance my career, as well as find new and innovative ways to serve organizations.
