ABOUT LACY ELLIS
An accomplished academic leader and criminal justice professional with over 15 years of experience in higher education. I currently serve as the Dean of the School of Criminal Justice and Social Sciences at Tiffin University, a small private university with a BIG reputation within the criminal justice field. My passion for criminal justice and gender equity is evident in my research publications, including my dissertation on \"Policemoms: Perceptions of Motherhood and Policy in Ohio Police Organizations.\" My professional background spans teaching, administration, law enforcement, and community service. I have taught a wide range of criminal justice courses and developed new programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
