WHAT DO I DO? I help projects, products, services, or organizations achieve and improve their agility, according to their context and needs; with the goal of becoming more responsive, profitable, and sustainable; i.e. fit for purpose. WHO DO I WORK WITH?I partner with IT Units, Product Development, R&D, Customer Support and breach across the organization helping them align. WHY DOES IT WORK?Based on my experience, I tailor the Lean-Agile theory to serve the specific needs of a project, product, service, or an organization. Using situational analysis that targets their needs to highlight the opportunities for improvement and achieving the desired business outcomes. Then applying an evolutionary approach, together we decide what is the best course of action for the project, product, service, or organization. This is, a sustainable, systemic, and continual approach to improvement (Lean, Kaizen).
