A banking professional with over 13 years experience in risk mitigation, relationship development, implementation and project management skills. I have 12 years experience in an automotive production environment including but not limited to: servicing, customer hardship, quality assurance and risk identification and solutioning. Currently I am an individual contributor as an analyst with expertise in building relationships, analytical problem solving, data diving in a waterfall project management environment. I have been in my current role for since 2015 and prior to that I held a quality monitor role monitoring collections team members on to ensure we comply with state laws and company policy. In addition to the many hats I have worn in the company I believe in giving back to the community in which we serve. I am an events chair for the Orange County Women\'s Team member network and active volunteer for GLAAD. I have been privileged to organize local volunteer events, raise money, and worked with all types diverse areas of the community.
