ABOUT LACHUNTA MACK MILLER

With over 20 years of experience in insurance claims and regulatory compliance, I specialize in optimizing processes and leading Medicare Section reporting to ensure adherence to the highest compliance standards. My deep attention to detail and extensive expertise in insurance claims and compliance have been instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering results that align with organizational goals.Beyond my professional expertise, I am committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE & I) within the workplace. I am passionate about fostering initiatives that enhance organizational culture, talent management, and employee engagement. During my career, I served as co-leader of the Black Employee Resource Group for three years, where I played a key role in promoting professional development, retention, and advocacy within the DE & I sphere. I have been actively involved with several affinity groups, including a disability network and a women\'s network, while also participating in the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), nationally and locally. I am driven by a desire to create meaningful impact—whether through streamlining complex processes or championing inclusive workplace practices that empower individuals and teams to thrive.
