ABOUT LACHIE DOW
With over 24 years of operational and managerial experience in the offshore industry I remain a highly motivated and adaptable individual. A high proportion of my career has been spent in West Africa on deep water semi’s engaged with field development in Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana and latterly Congo. Development of national crews was a priority throughout my time in region, driving both the safety and performance of the multinational team. On the conclusion of my deployment in West Africa I transferred into the operations assurance group, assisting with the development and delivery of operational excellence and operational leadership training courses globally. This led to further opportunities working back in the North Sea onboard mid water semi - Transocean712 as OIM and latterly Rig Manager, engaged with drilling in the central North Sea and abandonments in the Northern and Central North Sea.
