As Chief Development Officer at USA for UNHCR, she leads bold, growth-focused fundraising and partnership strategies that generate critical support for refugees and amplify their voices. With more than 20 years of experience, Lacey is known for building high-value, purpose-driven collaborations that unite philanthropy, business, and global impact. In her current role, she oversees private philanthropy; corporate, foundation, faith-based and community partnerships; digital and offline individual giving; donor engagement and stewardship; and development operations, delivering both meaningful social impact and a best-in-class supporter experience. Lacey’s career spans influential leadership roles at St. Jude Children\'s Research Hospital, PATH, and over ten years at UNICEF USA, where she forged innovative cross-sector partnerships and scaled national and global initiatives. Lacey’s leadership is grounded in storytelling and audience engagement, thanks to earlier marketing and communications roles with organizations including Zipcar and Malaria No More. A member of Chief, Lacey is passionate about collaborative leadership and the power of partnerships to drive lasting, systemic change. She holds an M.A. in International Relations from Villanova University and dual B.A. degrees in International Relations and Rhetoric & Communication from the University of Pittsburgh.

Lacey works closely with executive leadership, global counterparts, and partners to align fundraising with humanitarian priorities and deliver meaningful, measurable impact for people forced to flee due to conflict and persecution.
