Thus, the more we develop as people, the better we will perform in all areas of our lives. After competing at an elite level as a NCAA champion swimmer and an Olympic silver medalist, I have spent the past ten years dedicated to helping people win in all areas of their careers. My experiences working with some of the greatest coaches and athletes in the world have given me a unique perspective on what it takes to level up and become the person who can lead themselves and others. As an educator at heart, I love seeing people leave the room better than when they entered it!
