Led rapid execution of high-impact integrations under tight timelines, bringing drone response and community alert partnerships from concept to production to enable real-time data fusion for real time crime centers.Served as the accountable engineering leader for Axon’s largest enterprise partnership with a global logistics provider, driving cross-team execution, enterprise region delivery, secure architecture decisions, and third-party integration strategy.
