A creative thinker willing to challenge the status quo, I love to empower teams to deliver wow results, award-winning revenues, and systematic change. Foundational in my career has been my legacy work in policy and legislation. As the Director of Political Education for the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, I managed the state’s largest PAC for the state’s largest industry, agriculture. Working closely with the Governor, I was instrumental in strengthening the organization’s programming and funding in addition to enhancing the organization’s relationships with stakeholders across all 88 of Ohio’s counties. In 2015, the Governor created a position for me as the Policy Coordinator & Lobbyist for the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology, where I was charged with passing an industry-wide bill. After a year of dedicated and hard work, we passed the deregulation bill, something that had not been accomplished in 50 years. My work also included a highly demanding educational role with the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio where I provided critical support to students with high emotional needs. Following intense behavior modification and de-escalation training as well as working wholeheartedly as a substitute educator, I was hired as a permanent instructor working with students. Stepping into my current role as a Distributor and Business Owner with SeneGence International, I quickly rose to the top of the company as a Top Grossing Distributor, Sales Leader, and Recruiter. I taught myself everything I know about business, from PR and marketing to communications and campaigns. In only a few years, I have become one of the company’s highest achievers, having earned numerous awards and recognitions. I was even chosen by the company’s founder and president to represent the company at the State of Ohio Direct Sales Day on The Hill. My many roles are an extension of my heart for the community as evidenced by the numerous leadership and volunteer positions I continue to hold. Additionally, I earned my Master of Public Administration from Ohio University, and I am always eager to gain new learning and experiences.
