About Lacey Cozens
Lacey has twenty one years of beverage industry experience; twenty at Southern Glazer\'s Wine & Spirits and one at Bensussen Deutsch & Associates. She has produced results for the world’s leading beverage suppliers: Diageo, Moet Hennessy, Jackson Family Vineyards, Precept Brands, The E&J Gallo Winery, Bacardi, Patron, Vias Imports, Frederick Wildman, Terlato Wines, Huneeus Estates, Joseph Phelps, Opus One and Dry Creek Vineyards. Lacey discovered her passion for wine in the fall of 2003 while studying abroad in Spain. She is bilingual and has a degree in International Business Management with a minor in Spanish from University of Washington. Lacey’s career highlights include recruiting, hiring, and training 25 people in a startup division selling spirits & wine brands post privatization in Washington state. Lacey has led startup divisions three times in her career. Once, post privatization for Pacific Wine & Spirits (Diageo, Moet Hennessy, Jackson Family Estates, Precept Brands “PWS”) in 2012 and once in 2016 for Transatlantic Spirits (Bacardi and Patron Spirits Company) and most recently Signature Fine Wine in 2021. Lacey created a new route to market with Jackson Family Estates within PWS that revolutionized the organizational structure and sales results. She has launched Browne Family Vineyards, Crown Royal Apple, Jackson Estates wines and more Bacardi and Smirnoff flavors than we can count. After twenty years at the nation\'s leading alcohol distribution company; Southern Glazer\'s Wine & Spirts, Lacey left to explore merchandise marketing for the global leader Bensussen Deutsch & Associates. Lacey is a founding member of CHEERS to Women in the Workforce, the President of the PacNW Board; NextUp and has won a Diageo National Golden Bar.Lacey enjoys experiencing great food and wine with friends, family, and colleagues throughout the world. She was a collegiate rower, loves the great outdoors, and lives in Normandy Park with her husband, eight-year-old and six- year-old sons, and adventure-cat, Gordon. Lacey operates at a fast pace, has a passion to lift up others and enjoys a good laugh.
