I’m excited to be leading the launch of Ignite, a new provider enablement initiative at Dental Care Alliance (DCA) designed to optimize, strengthen, and grow dental providers and the practices they serve. As Provider Training Program Lead, I partner across clinical leadership, operations, and education teams to build a scalable, high-impact development experience for experienced dentists who are ready to advance their clinical mastery.Ignite focuses on four specialized clinical pathways, supported by structured mentorship and performance-based coaching to translate knowledge into measurable outcomes. Launching in Spring 2026, the program introduces a modern approach to instructional design and knowledge transfer. Participants will experience micro-learning, adaptive learning journeys, cohort-based engagement, and technology-enabled feedback systems that make education more personalized, practical, and results-driven.My path to this role has been shaped by years of experience in healthcare education, program development, and organizational learning. I’ve led initiatives spanning provider onboarding, continuing education, leadership development, and large-scale training operations, with a focus on aligning learning strategy to business performance. That foundation allows me to approach Ignite not just as a training program, but as a strategic lever for provider growth, clinical excellence, and long-term organizational impact.I’m passionate about building learning ecosystems that empower professionals to reach their full potential while improving patient care. Ignite represents an exciting next chapter in that mission.
