Create guidance tools and update resources that will assist Quality Control Analysts in completing daily tasks more efficiently and meet company standards. Train new team Supervisors and sole contact to 5 TDB Supervisors. Support Quality Control Manager with tasks as needed and in their absence. Collaborate with the Training Department and Quality Support Specialist in transitioning new Quality Control Analysts to production. Manage weekly timecards, schedule changes and special accommodations. Conduct yearly reviews, interviews, and corrective actions as needed. Remain flexible and adapt to change.
