I am excited to introduce myself, Lacey Wenner, as the latest addition to the Barrett Financial Group, LLC. The Pacific Northwest has always been my home, even though I have been fortunate to live in Sonoma County, California for several years. My desire to return home to contribute communities that raised me finally drew me back to Vancouver, Washington. With over 19 years in the mortgage industry, I have learned how to help individuals rebuild their credit and help first-time homebuyers. I specialize in VA loans and enjoy helping clients overcome the obstacles facing many homebuyers today. My brother and my cousin are both currently in the Marine Corps, so I know how important it is for our local heroes to get the service they deserve. My goal is to make Barrett Financial Group, your go-to team in the mortgage business. Each of us has experience assisting in some of the most difficult loans. We know our way around construction loans, builder loans, FHA loans, VA renovation and VA loans, FHA 203k loans, conventional loans, DSCR, reverse loans, commercial and much more. Granite Home Loans is based in Camas, Washington and has great experience in serving the Pacific Northwest. We have a great team to help with all your home financing needs. We pride ourselves in serving the local communities in each state where we are licensed. The Heroes NW and Granite Home Loans enjoys being involved with local non-profits to ensure we give back to those who need it most. Beyond being excellent mortgage loan officers, we are all dedicated to see the Pacific Northwest community thrive. Personally, I enjoy working with animal shelters, empowering teen/young mothers & women who have been through domestic violence, as well as Flash Love, an organization dedicated to small acts of charity to those in need.
