   As a Federal Coordinator, I play a key role in the preconstruction phase for commercial and federal projects, identifying and vetting new federal opportunities, leading go/no-go analyses, and coordinating early-stage strategy discussions with leadership. I participate in proposal planning and development, including crafting technical narratives, assembling compliance documentation, and managing schedules to meet agency deadlines. I also conduct peer reviews of estimates, ensuring scopes are complete, competitive, and aligned with solicitation requirements.In addition to my work in preconstruction, I support the seamless transition into production by facilitating handoff meetings and ensuring teams are equipped with complete bid packages. I serve as a resource across departments, helping navigate compliance issues, clarify scope, and support technical problem-solving. When the team is at capacity, I provide overflow support in both estimating and project management, stepping in to design and develop scopes, prepare bids, coordinate subcontractors, and manage key deliverables.
