Supervise intake by conducting meetings with intake staff, handling hour sheets and PTO, and training new staff/interns on intake process. Manages the intake phone line handling 27+ calls a day with clients, or future prospects, as well as delegating calls or additional tasks to staff. Provides administrative and clerical support via microsoft excel, and internal computer information system. Communicate across different departments to learn / educate, to problem solve and create improvements at agency.
