I bring over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, including nearly 17years leading educator workforce strategy and recruiting operations at Denver Public Schools. My work has focused on building and scaling talent systems that connect people to meaningful careers while strengthening organizations and the communities they serve.Throughout my career, I have led large-scale hiring initiatives, supported the recruitment of thousands of employees annually, and designed talent pipelines that expand access and opportunity. I am particularly passionate about improving hiring systems, developing career pathways, and creating strategies that help organizations attract, grow, and retain strong, diverse teams.I’m at my best when I’m building systems that work better—for candidates, for hiring teams, and for the people ultimately impacted by that work.
