ABOUT LACEE

Lacee is a project and people management professional with an MS in Nonprofit Management. Her experience spans across healthcare. advocacy, community action, development, and legal support services. She is poised to lead in many spaces. She has implemented data and communication systems for high-volume health clinics, led equity-focused voting rights policy education at the state level, and guided system-wide accessibility improvements for disability justice with national partners. She builds streamlined workflows, creates inclusive resources, and leads with connection, focusing on showing up as human first, regardless of any title.Being human, she falls for marketing hacks all the time — seriously, all the time. What she doesn\'t fall for is the idea of selling ourselves. She would rather share a bit of humanity and see where we land.Growing up in a 250-person town on the Colorado plains, she didn’t have mountains or malls — she had 130 windmills, big skies, and an early understanding that being authentic is powerful. She faced the world without health insurance and with many systemic barriers. She has carried those experiences through 10+ years in nonprofit and mission-driven spaces.Lacee carries many titles: first-generation college graduate with full-time work through undergrad and grad school; once competitive powerlifter turned seated boxer; and a person people call when they need to figure out what’s next. She is here for the messy, meaningful work of helping people and systems move forward. Let\'s chat about big goals and missions; let\'s make change. And let\'s always remember.we are who we have.
