I\'ve spent 25 years learning how people perform under pressure — and what gets in the way. It started at West Point and continued through five years as an Army officer, commanding M1A2 Abrams tank units in combat operations in Iraq and building a national intelligence cell for the Missile Defense Agency. After the military, I spent two decades in finance and project management — managing M&A due diligence at KPMG, leading physician acquisition platforms at Tenet, and building self-storage development and acquisition platforms at Hines and W. P. Carey. Across all of it, one pattern kept showing up: the teams that struggled weren\'t lacking resources or strategy. They were struggling with how they thought, decided, and moved together under pressure. That realization led me to found Good Mind Now. AI is a genuine leap forward. It will expand what we\'re capable of — accelerating decisions, surfacing patterns, automating complexity at a scale we\'ve never seen. But there\'s something it won\'t touch: human intuition, emotional intelligence, the ability to lead with presence, and the judgment to know which decision matters most when everything is uncertain.
