Sr. Unified Communication Engineer at IPG PhotonicsThe main responsibilities are as follows-[] Ensure that activities within a process are being performed at a high level of quality and that it meets its associated Service Level Agreements or Operational Level Agreements-[] Managing user operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms-[] Record and classify received Incidents and undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible-[] Attending to user concern & complaints & undertaking steps to resolve them effectively-[] Need to monitor the environment so that we can identify the problems before they are reported to us and work on the proactive tickets-[] Excellent experience in Configuring, Testing and Providing Support for IPT and VOIP environment-[] Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting-[] Taking the complete accountability of Customer’s VOIP Network. Monitoring all the deices through CMSP tool-[] Investigate and diagnose Incidents to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible-[] Escalate unresolved incidents to external support, e.g. Carrier and third party Vendors-[] Responsible for communicating with the process manager. Directly works with Tier 1 Support to ensure proper recording of incidents-[] Coordinates with the customers to scope out project requirements and provide regular status updates-[] Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution-[] Test network performance, ensuring performance and capacity meet requirements
