Supervise ATS team for efficient project completion within schedules and budgets.• Be primary contact for internal/external customers, addressing service needs.• Collaborate with teams to enhance controls technology, focusing on safety and cost reduction.• Support design teams and Project Managers, managing project risks.• Assist in quotations, customer visits, and ensure resource allocation.• Oversee problem resolution, hold team meetings, and foster a positive team environment.• Be accountable for project aspects, including delivery, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.• Direct daily project activities following guidelines and coordinate with the team.• Plan, monitor, and control projects from order receipt to on-site service delivery.• Communicate progress, attend project status meetings, track contract changes, and maintain forecasts.• Act as primary customer contact for design, costing, and machine-related issues.• Manage project schedules, conduct Initial Project Build Plan meetings, and monitor progress.• Coordinate travel plans for ATS personnel, ensure contract acceptance, and inform management of labor cost overruns.• Assist in resolving account receivable issues, maintain and file project documents.• Assist in employee evaluations and interviews, and perform other specified duties.• Prioritize safety, conduct hazard assessments, inspections, audits, and implement corrective measures.• Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety, and Environment compliance, ensuring team accountability.• Implement and maintain health, safety, and environment management system requirements.• Provide training, take precautions for employee protection, and attend HSE Due Diligence for Management sessions.
