I am currently Customer Operations Manager in Tamil Nadu with the South Branch at Unilever. Prior to this, I’ve been a part of several teams across stints, ranging from Demand Planning to Procurement as part of the Unilever Supply Chain Management Training Programme. I believe that all of us as owe something to the society. To play my part, I work in association with an NGO, Prayaas, which runs a evening classes in govt school for the children of rag-pickers. I also play a active role in raising community driven events and training for the specially abled kids. I am a graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate from National Institute Of Technology - Nagpur.(NIT Nagpur)

   Digitizing the reports of Last Mile visibility in PowerBI. • Able to track the time the first vehicle hits the market. • Shows the bills attempted vs total bills in XD level • Can be drilled down to DE level to know the pending bills -Digitizing central reporting for N+1 and its attribution of losses in PowerBI N+1% at a daily, weekly and monthly level at the Chennai level can be visualized and also be drilled down to RS level -Cross dock culture improved • DE weekly meetings initiated across all cross docks • Incentive structure defined.DEs are maintaining 98-99% N+1 consistently 5) Transport Management system (Mojro) plan optimized and underutilizations of trucks decreased to 20% Weekly meetings initiated with Mojro to improve the overall utilization of secondary trucks-Crate scan Pilot initiated and deployed across all cross docks. Digital transformation of Manual Crossdocking process enabled crossdock TAT reduction instead of the earlier method of using CG,IKEA loading sheets for cross-docking-Crate visibility dashboards and Primary shortages dashboards developed in PowerBi and deployed. • Cross dock TAT displayed along with active and inactive TAT. • Analysis across various Crossdocks for TAT comparison in the subcategory level. • Last mile XDing in hourly and 15 min timestamp developed.
