Conduct epidemiological and statistical analyses using Survey Monkey, Excel, Adobe, Intelex, and proprietary applications. Create and update custom queries, reports, databases. Assist with preparation/production and distribution of reports for the Quality Improvement Executive Council (QIEC), the Quality Program Review (QPR) for the office of Clinical Quality Management & Improvement (CQMI), the Automated Incident Reporting application (AIRS) reporting for Article 28/36 patient adverse occurrences, complaints, and compliments. Data entry for QPR indicators. Create and modify surveys in Survey Monkey as needed. Export data from Survey Monkey, conduct analyses, and create trending reports. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement. Present research findings and recommendations to QIEC and Senior management of CQMI. Design and implement research projects using statistical analysis techniques focusing on improving patient outcomes. Oversee/manage and assist as needed in conducting Patient Satisfaction outbound calls and point of care rounding surveys to address concerns and suggested improvements voiced by Article 28/36 patients in a timely manner. Assist and participate in performance improvement committees including the Patient Rights & Safety committee as co-chair with executive director. Design, analyse, and coordinate Excel spreadsheets to maintain statistical reporting for the needs of the CQMI department / Employee Health Program. Perform or assist in the completion of special projects as assigned by the Executive Director and Administrative Manager as needed. Creating and updating surveillance and outbreak summaries.Analyse study or project implementation procedures for improvement.
