Over the last five years, I have held a position with Child Development Resources, serving the Ventura County, working hands on with individuals and families facing various barriers such as housing, childcare, and food insecurity. In this position I am responsible for assisting families in securing affordable and developmentally appropriate childcare as well as community resources, currently maintaining a case load of (112) families. During my time here, I have acquired in-depth technological knowledge while also gaining expertise in Title V regulations, a variety of computer programs, and the application of California Department of Education regulations when determining “need” and “eligibility” of Child Care Resources and Services. I have enhanced my customer service and communication skills through training and my experience when working with these individuals.
