About Kerri Jackson

As the Global Director of Social Impact at UPS, I lead transformative initiatives and strategies that advance equity and economic empowerment on a global scale. My work is centered on breaking down systemic barriers that have historically limited access to opportunities for underserved and underrepresented women, youth, and marginalized communities. A core focus of my efforts lies in Women’s Economic Empowerment—unlocking the economic potential of women entrepreneurs across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America. By fostering pathways to entrepreneurship, education, mentorship, and inclusion, I aim to create long-lasting impact and strengthen economic advancement in communities around the world. I also provide thought-leadership and champion programs that support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across these regions, driving sustainable growth and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs to thrive. Additionally, I represent UPS as a member and thought leader on initiatives such as WiDEF (Women in the Digital Economy Fund), EQUALS Global Partnership, CGEF (Climate Gender Equity Fund), and Women in the Sustainable Economy (WISE). These initiatives work to remove the barriers faced by women and girls worldwide, particularly those from underrepresented and marginalized groups, who encounter systemic inequities that hinder their ability to scale climate solutions, access and use affordable digital technologies, and obtain the financial resources and tools needed to enhance their socio-economic resilience and security. Through The UPS Foundation, UPS provides critical resources to organizations addressing structural challenges such as inequitable access to economic growth, education, and employment. By investing in solutions that remove these obstacles, UPS empowers individuals and communities to realize and maximize their full potential. I am deeply committed (personally and professionally) to creating a world where opportunity and inclusion are the standards, not the exceptions. Therefore, leading by example is important to me.
