Expanded programming to include crisis stabilization and school-based programming to complement outpatient mental health services. Grew agency footprint from 30 jurisdictions to over seventy in seven years. Oversees multiple regional management contracts for state and federal programs to improve quality in early care and education programs for 0-5 year olds.Developed a trauma-informed and resilience building training programs for public and private entities nationwide. Reorganized agency operations to eliminate annual operating deficit and achieved net operating balance within one year. Organization remains in the black for the last 7 years while expanding program offerings. Established the vision and goals and led a successful $15.6 million comprehensive campaign to grow endowment, support operations and invest in technology infrastructure.Led agency through a new strategic planning process that realigned vision and mission statements to meet market demands.Realigned agency programming to community needs.Responsible for a workforce of 80 full time and part-time employees.
