   The North America Chassis Pool Cooperative, LLC,(NACPC), is a group of 12 U.S. motor carriers operating as a joint venture chassis pool cooperative. NACPC has acquired or leased intermodal chassis from ocean carriers and or chassis leasing companies and contributed these chassis into pools in the U.S. An objective of NACPC is to preserve the existing “gray pool” low cost chassis pool model previously established by the ocean carriers. Our mission is to establish an effective chassis supply implemented on a national basis to support the U.S. intermodal container network with a modern chassis fleet, efficient supplies, and transparent economics benefiting all motor carriers, while the utilizing UIIA (Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement), for the administration of contracts and collection of insurance for motor carriers with whom they do business.
