I’m a global leader with significant accomplishments across Continuous Improvement (CI) programs and initiatives. During my career, I’ve added consistent value and optimization through my strategic management and alignment of programs and priorities. From one of my earlier roles as a Senior Logistics Analyst through my CI leadership roles, I’ve driven quantifiable improvements across savings, performance, project efficiency, and benefits delivery.My achievements include driving a 90% successful global project completion rate, delivering $1B in cumulative benefits between 2019 and 2022, the design of new Design Thinking and Human Centered Design programs scaled to multiple zones, and bringing the development of a new product for North America up to speed and completed within seven months. In 2019, I received a recognition reserved for the top 1% of the company and was granted partner status. I combine a keen attention to detail with big-picture thinking to drive change management and process implementation on a global scale.
