ABOUT LILLIAN MACBETH
I am a graduate from University of Bristol with a First Class MEng in Civil Engineering (Hons), looking toward working in a career in engineering as sustainability becomes an ever more important factor. My degree research and design projects focus on the accuracy of carbon estimation in construction, and novel infrastructure for the UK space sector. Alongside my degree, I have worked for Balfour Beatty VINCI in their Temporary Works team, this challenged my industry knowledge and approach to constructability. In extracurricular activities I am proud to represent the role of Team Lead for the HyPower Bristol rocketry team. We are enjoying development of a bipropellant liquid engine, with plans to enter the 3km liquid category.
