Executive Leadership Coach on the UK Senior Civil Service Coaching Framework, managed by EY. My contract with EY is for individual coaching, team coaching and facilitation services specifically serving the clients using the Framework to source these services. Individual clients select their coach of choice through a process of chemistry meetings with up to three coaches from the Pool. I have a consistent 89% success rate with clients I meet, choosing to work with me. The Framework was previously managed by Korn Ferry Hay (see below).
