I oversee the corporate legal team, commercial lawyers managing EA’s platform relationships with key strategic partners and regional counsels supporting EA’s business in Europe and Latin America. I report to the Chief Legal Officer and manage a team of attorneys, legal professionals and stock administrators. I also serve as the Assistant Corporate Secretary and co-chair the department’s pro bono activities. I joined EA in October 2008 as a corporate securities attorney (Legal Counsel); promoted to lead corporate securities attorney in March 2009 (Senior Attorney); assumed responsibility over M&A in August 2011 (Senior Legal Director); assumed management of the global stock administration and compensation and benefits areas in January 2015 (Associate General Counsel); promoted to Vice President in June 2016; interim manager for the Privacy Team in Spring-Summer 2019 during the search for a new Chief Privacy Officer; assumed management of the regional attorneys supporting EA’s business in Europe and Latin America in July 2019; assumed management of the commercial lawyers supporting EA’s console and platform relationships in May 2022; and promoted to Senior Vice President in November 2022.
