Responsible for the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer and is responsible to optimize orders while driving efficiency and minimizing waste throughout the E2E Order to Cash process flow. • Accurately post all customer remittances received within a specified financial period. Align material information with customer to be able to capture orders. • Provide documentation to Corporate Treasury to reconcile cash receipts versus cash posted to accounts receivable. • Prepare and maintain monthly cash reconciliation log. • Research and maintain open payment balance to meet the monthly goal (100% resolution), which could include directly communicating with our customers. • Analyze remittance and accurately post exception customers (excluded from preprocessor).
