My background spans community-centered programming, collegiate athletics leadership, and fundraising consultancy—unified by a deep commitment to equity, identity, and belonging. As a consultant, I partner with mission-driven organizations to move ideas into action. Leading initiatives that blend fundraising, strategic planning, creative direction, digital engagement, and brand visibility, I work closely with clients to develop data-informed solutions designed to increase impact. Together with my clients, I craft and implement development approaches that are both purposeful and proactive. I lead every campaign and shape every message with a focus on proven practices that drive revenue while building clarity, connection, and resonance. My creative practice—through writing, photography, and travel—continues to inform how I build and lead.
