About Kyrie Kaiyu Wang W.
For the past five years I’ve had the opportunity to work in the exciting and highly technical field offinancial crime technology, first as a manager with RBC and now as a manager with PwC inToronto, Canada. My formal education and prior experience in information systems, data analytics andinternational business was a great foundation on which to build my current role. What drew me to financial crime technology is that I can bring my knowledge and skillsets from system implementation, operation excellence, data analytics, AML, fraud, and regulatory compliance to provide the solution for my clients; while I have implemented multiple initiatives, including Interac Payment Transformation, Wire/Swift Infrastructure Upgrade, Deposit OCR Capture Technology, etc. in RBC. In advancing my training and career, I’ve made several geographic moves: from Shanghai, China, to Newfoundland and Toronto in Canada. No profile of me would be complete without mentioning my love of basketball. As a pre-varsity basketball player, I currently coach a basketball group with three teams to play the University Tournament and TCBL League.Specialties- Data Science- Fraud / AML Analytics- Financial Crime- Regulatory Compliance- Operational Excellence- Payment / Deposit
