Over the years, I’ve worked at the intersection of communications, consulting, healthcare, public health, and tech - always with a focus on coaching as a tool for empowerment and connection. I’ve led high-impact initiatives across public and private sectors, including digital health companies, local, state, and federal government agencies, and large nonprofits. My background also includes experience in real estate, where I sharpened key coaching-adjacent skills like listening deeply, guiding others through high-stakes decisions, and building trust in uncertain moments.I specialize in motivational interviewing, behavior change theory, and helping people translate goals into everyday habits.
