About Kyra Williams

Kyra Williams recently graduated from Columbia University with her Masters in Business Administration and is now working full time at Rafanelli Events as a Production Manager.Formerly, she served as an Early Talent Rotational Advisor at TIAA (formerly TIAA-Cref), where Kyra was responsible for managing the rotational associate pipeline, nourishing relationships with rotational associates, and overseeing program governance and administration. Kyra joined TIAA in August of 2018, as a part of the Human Resources Rotational Development Program. In her past role as a Research Associate for the Executive Search Group (ESG), Kyra was responsible for producing extensive research to contribute during candidate searches, as well as delivering findings to leadership teams across the enterprise. Prior to joining ESG, Kyra was on the Campus and Diversity Talent Acquisition team as an associate. Kyra also assisted with reporting ESG metrics to the HR leadership team and work with the DEI team regularly on numerous projects. Before joining TIAA in 2018, Kyra Williams had interned with Dell in Round Rock, Texas, with their Talent Development team within Human Resources. She also has interned with the Urban Affairs Coalition in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she worked in the non-profit space to promote and spread financial literacy to low-to-moderate income families in the greater Philadelphia area. Kyra graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is passionate about spreading financial literacy and wellness, educating others about economic empowerment and fighting racial and social injustice.
