I love people and I love puzzles, almost as much as I love opportunities that combine the two. Leading iconic brands like Sharpie® and Coffee mate® has consistently afforded me fascinating puzzles to solve by listening to customers and colleagues and unlocking value through bold, decisive action. Collaboratively with my teams, I have shaped, implemented, and sustained meaningful initiatives that connect customer needs with retailer, brand, and financial objectives while leveraging the strengths unique to each party.My love for people is also evident in my dedication to cultural initiatives. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career thus far has been chairing the culture team in Nestle\'s Beverage division to foster engagement, balance, and connection for over 250 talented and unique individuals. Today, as an MBA student at the Kellogg School of Management, I am evolving as a motivating leader and as a catalyst for promoting productive, collaborative relationships among colleagues and customers alike as we navigate exciting industry dynamics together.
