Quantitative researcher with a decade of project management expertise, successfully leading cross-functional teams to execute 10+ behavioral science experiments and launch 20+ patient registries. Proficient in data analysis, data visualization, and delivering clear, impactful communication.Currently, I work as a registry development lead and product owner at NORD supporting customers in project management from design through implementation. Additionally, I educate and mentor clients in best research practices and registry development. Previously I worked as a researcher at the University of Connecticut designing, executing, and analyzing eye-tracking and behavioral studies. I utilized SR Research\'s Experiment Builder and Prolific for experimental design and data collection; Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and R for data analytics; and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for data visualization. This experience allowed me to develop expertise in project management through mentorship of undergraduates and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
