Ultimately choosing Psychology, I later discovered the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology, which married my interests in human cognition and behaviour with workplace processes and culture. This foundation led me to a career in Human Resources, where I now specialize in the technology that powers effective workforce management. With a keen eye for detail and an analytical approach, I implement and optimize HRIS platforms to refine processes, maximize value, and enhance overall workplace efficiency. My goal is to leverage these systems to support organizational objectives and enhance the employee experience at all levels.
