Develop and implement adaptive and inclusive recreation services for participants with disabilities. •Manage the scheduling of social services programs, interfacing with course registration software (Xplore Rec), setting and implementing guidelines for program delivery, and providing content for course catalogs and other program outreach materials.•Recruiting, contracting, onboarding, and managing/leading instructors and hourly (part-time) on-going and seasonal program staff.•With an emphasis on safety, overseeing and enhancing a full summer day camp program for individuals with disabilities. •Increasing program offerings and amplifying their impact/reach by strengthening relationships with local organizations, other City programs, and community groups and acting as a liaison to the Regional Center for the East Bay.
