About Kypros Panteli
I’ve worked in the lithium battery sphere for the last 5 years and specialty chemical manufacturing field for the prior 10 years, learning and working as an engineer. I’ve been involved in various construction, scale-up, and R&D applications overcoming often hazardous material handling challenges while generating data and products for customers. I have managed, designed, built, operated, and troubleshot many different systems becoming somewhat of a jack of all trades. I have experience with all forms of documentation from the general to GMP, generating operating procedures, developing and logging batch records, creating and following up on IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs, reviewing safety protocols, corresponding with vendors and customers, balancing chemical campaigns, and issuing financial reports. I have had the opportunity to become a plumber, programmer, lab technician, process designer, manager, scheduler, operator, electrician, and more. I love being relied on to get the job done and, though it often means extra time and extra efforts to see a problem through, the experience is invaluable!
