As a Band Officer with the 778 Banshee Squadron Cadets located in Richmond Hill Ontario, we lead and mentor youth musicians through training, performance, and leadership development. We foster musical excellence, teamwork, and discipline while coordinating marching and concert band activities, organizing community and ceremonial performances, and shaping the next generation of Canadian leaders through music and mentorship.As a Captain in the Cadet Instructor Cadre (CIC) we are a branch of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve responsible for training, mentoring, and leading youth in the Canadian Cadet Program. CIC officers specialize in developing leadership, citizenship, and life skills in young Canadians through aviation, sailing, expedition, and music training, while fostering teamwork, discipline, and community service.
