About Kynisha Ducre
As a licensed interior designer manager, I initiate, drive, and implement data matrices that’s at the core of great Planning and Delivery within JLL. In short, I lead a team that manages space, move relocations, and engagement the best move and design vendors to take my clients from good to great. I formerly led a 17,500 palette position warehouse, oversaw design projects and strategically coordinated design and move vendors in addition to furniture spend within space management accounting for the Bay Area portfolio! I currently manage Move Coordinators and Assistant Relocation Project Managers that audit space conditions, occupancy, architectural, furniture and signage through monthly and quarterly KPI’s in addition to specialty audits. And I would be remised if capturing the data didn’t have its own importance too! I’m grateful to do all this with inclusivity, flexibility, accountability and making sure there is a mentally healthy work environment too!
