Before getting into recruiting, I was in the fitness industry, working with clients to recover from injuries and to also improve overall general health. Being in recruiting for the last 4 yrs. I noticed there are a lot of similarities, both complex and simple problems, and not every situation is the same. I have a passion for working with people, and being a DEI firm allows us access to many more professionals. It also allows us the ability to widen the talent pool when it comes to advising companies on talent. One of the areas where we see the most challenges is the Recruiting process & Storytelling! There needs to be a process in how you tell your story! It is one of the biggest weapons any business has against its competitors. The process is not just steps in the interviewing process, it is much more than that! It is all the details in the process that make for better execution. You do not have to figure this out alone.
