Prior to brokerage, I spent eight years as the owner of an HR consulting and recruiting firm, where I worked directly with executive leadership teams on talent strategy, employee benefit strategy, compliance, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in my career, I held senior HR leadership and finance roles.
