ABOUT KYMBERLY JUETTEMEYER
Kymberly Juettemeyer is currently a Strategy Implementation Manager in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), where she leads the execution of key strategic initiatives across ISC functions, businesses, and stakeholder groups to ensure they are fully realized and embedded.Kymberly began her career with Dow in 2015 as a Production Engineer for the Utilities/Energy Unit in Deer Park, TX, following two summer internships in industry. In 2019, she transitioned to the role of Site Innovation Engineer in Seadrift, TX, where she spearheaded digital manufacturing efforts. Her work focused on driving cultural change and digital transformation, including the implementation of electronic safe work permitting, digital rounds, site connectivity, robotics, and other innovative tools. In 2022, Kymberly joined the Operational Excellence team as a Global Learning and OpEx Senior Project Manager, where she led efforts to build the skills and capabilities needed to apply continuous improvement and global work processes. Her work enabled operational excellence, value creation, and business success.Kymberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Missouri University of Science and Technology. She is a recipient of Dow’s Global Women Inclusion Network (WIN) Champion Award and was recognized by the HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers program.
